DAKOTA COUNTY GUN CLUB


The club IS NOT currently accepting applications to become a member.
Our waiting list is full, and will not be open again until next summer.

The Mission of the Dakota County Gun Club is:
  • To teach firearms safety to the young and inexperienced.
  • To practice conservation and protect our wildlife
  • To support our Second Amendment Rights as Americans.
  • To introduce shooting sports to the youth of Minnesota.
  • To provide a quality outdoor shooting range for our members.

  PUBLIC EVENTS:  

  • South Metro Friends of the NRA banquet: April 27th, 5pm. (Details here)
  • Youth Shoot: June 2nd, 10am - 3pm

 MEMBER and SPECIAL EVENTS:  

             
  • Range officer Reorientation training:  Sunday, May 6th at 1pm, May 14th at 10:00 am AND 5:00 pm
  • Board and Members monthly meeting:  May 9th at 6 and 7pm

 

  • There is a scheduled Work Day Sunday April 29th starting at 8:00 am until work is completed

 

  • Friends of the NRA Banquet – Banquet held at Bracketts Crossing 17976 Judicial Rd, Lakeville, MN on Friday April 27th at 5:00 pm. Contact Leroy Van Brunt Phone: 651-402-0368 for tickets. DCGC selected 8 Club Members to attend. One member had to drop out so the 1st alternate was called upon.

Required Range Officer Orientation for 2018 is announced. See the details here or in the newsletter or contact the Chief Safety Officer.
