We are no longer accepting applications to become a member.
Please check back on the website starting in June 2014 and
we may be opening up the waiting list again.

The Mission of the Dakota County Gun Club is
  • To teach firearms safety to the young and inexperienced.
  • To practice conservation and protect our wildlife
  • To support our Second Amendment Rights as Americans.
  • To introduce shooting sports to the youth of Minnesota.
  • To provide a quality outdoor shooting range for our members.
   UPCOMING PUBLIC EVENTS:              
  • No Public events are currently scheduled until this summer.


Youth applications for NRA Adventure Camp were due April 1st, 2014.  
    See the Member's Section for the details.

Members needing re-orientation this year are: number 726-897, 995-1037, 1118-1148, 39S, 536, 652, 659, 683, 1264 and 1265.  Re-orientation classes will be held:


  • Monday, April 21st, at 10am and 5pm
  • Sunday, April 27th at 3pm
  • Sunday, May 4th at 3pm
  • Monday, May 5th at 10am and 5pm
